This building represents first phase of commercial development in the Cadence Community and served as the home finding center for the new 2,200-acre community. The 2 story office building has an external bridge connecting to a shared elevator tower and stair for a future adjacent office building. This will create a building symmetry for the site and have a greater presence in the main entry gateway to the master planned community.
