2 Summer House
A modern waterfront residence with a sculptural covered arrival and open, water-facing living spaces.
Services
Layered flat roofs and pale walls frame a covered arrival, accented by tall stone planes and angled columns. At the water, expansive glass connects the living spaces to the pool terrace, shaded upper deck, and dock.
